Is The Latest Bin Laden Video A Fake?

There has been much speculation on the internet with regard to the “new” Bin Laden video which many experts are predicting will be a message to his followers to rise up against the West once more.  However, is the video address quite what it seems? Could it be a fake?

There is currently intense speculation that while Bin Laden may be the man in the video, he may not be the person dubbing the voice over.  Why has this speculation even arose? The speculation was encouraged by the fact that the video appears to freeze at key moments in the address, just as the voice on the video mentions recent events in the US and worldwide, only to revert back to coverage just as the discussion of recent events has ended.

This in itself has prompted two differing views of thoughts :--

Is this an old Bin Laden video which has been dubbed over by Bin Laden.
Is Bin Laden dead and the voice on the video is actually that of an impersonator (or even old Bin Laden sound tracks chopped and  re-edited).

Whatever is really happening, there have been reports of increased “chatter” on the terrorist airwaves - something which often occurs prior to a major incident.  Let us hope that 9/11 passes by without any loss of life…..
