Up A Creek Without A Paddle – The Canoe Man Story Goes On

John Darwin and his wife Anne are now both in police custody in connection with Mr Darwin’s disappearance 5 years ago.  As the plot thickens, the so called “Canoe man” story goes on and on.  There is now speculation that their sons may have been aware of what was happening but could this really be true?

Speculation is mounting today that Mrs Darwin (who flew in from Miami yesterday to be greeted by UK police) is actually protecting her sons, with a number of factors emerging such as :-

• Their sons had both recently left their employment.
• They are both registered as directors of a Panamanian property company alongside BOTH of their parents.

Meanwhile, Mr Darwin has been charged with obtaining a £25,000 life insurance payment by deception, and it is expected that his wife will be charged with a similar offence.  This story is turning ever more bizarre by the day, and it recently emerged that police had been alerted to the possibility that he was still alive and seem to have been tracking Mrs Darwin.

It was also confirmed that Mr Darwin was in fact living in a secret bolt hole in the building adjoining their man home, and had built a passage between the buildings.  Bizarrely, they seem to have been living as husband and wife for some time, but exact dates have not yet been confirmed.

This bizarre story is set to run and run, with many more twists and turns expected.
